Kingston Hypnotherapy addresses negative emotions using a combination of hypnosis and CBT so that our responses are appropriate to the situations we encounter. We all experience a range of positive and negative emotions as part of our daily life. For example feeling "happy" is a positive emotion and feeling "sad" is a negative emotion and both are healthy, normal human responses. However, it is possible to experience negative emotions that are out of proportion to the triggering events and unhelpful in terms of attaining our goals in life.
